Returns & Exchanges

At Craft Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Craft Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
